Hi!
I can't access a shared folder when my other coworkers can perfectly access the documents. Even though the folder was shared with me, I can't see it in my account, neither in the app nor in the desktop version.
I have a DropBox Basic account, but the folder only has 60 mb and I have nothing else in my account, so I don't think it is a problem of storage. We already try to share the folder again and it haven't work. What other thing can I do in this case?
