Based upon the error she hasnt accepted. Note she'd have to accept the invite with EXACTLY that address. So, if she used (or didnt and you had) some punctuation in the email or googlemail instead of gmail it wouldnt work.

Can you please check and let us know the status of the referral in your account settings?

Here is a screenshot of the 2 referrals. I know they have downloaded and have accounts setup. Neither me or them show got we got the additional space.

And they signed up with the exact same email address that you sent the invitations to? Also, were you the first one to invite them, or could someone else have sent them an invitation previously?

I used same email addresses and no one refered them before. They just created new email addresses. They got emails from drobox and welcoming them, and then they downloaded the desktop and they have added files to the drobox since. So that is why it is weird.

Hi @cevenhuis, if the status isn't showing as completed, then they haven't finished all the steps needed to activate the referral on their end.
