I need to obtain a copy of the SOC2 Report. I do not have a sales manager. I tried contacting before and no one has responded.

I'm not certain but that could be the issue. Everything I'm reading seems to imply that requesting such reports is intended for Business accounts, as personal accounts (intended for individuals and not businesses) would have little need for such reports.
I'd try submitting your request again, and ask if compliance reports are only available to Business account holders.
Yes, they won't give it to me unless I sign up for a Business account.
Hi @pesjb, as @Rich has mentioned earlier, SOC2 reports are available for Dropbox Business and Education teams according to the information on this page.
