When viewing a file shared from a Basic account the viewer is limited to the first 30 minutes of the file. In order to play the entire file it needs to be downloaded to the recipient's computer and played locally.
This is nothing new, and in fact the limit was recently increased from 15 minutes to 30 minutes. Plus, Family and Professional accounts can stream up to the first 2 hours of a file.
