Trying to have a link update with an updated folder with the same updated contents

Hi! I am working on a new commercial construction project and I have blasted out a Dropbox Transfer with the plans from August but we received new ones in January. I was under the impression that I could remove the old plans and add the new ones and it would update everyone that had viewed or downloaded the old ones. Is there a way to do this? There will be one more set of plans that I will need to get out to everyone once they are final. Please let me know the best way to go about this. Any help is much appreciated!!

Dropbox Transfer is a one time only transfer of documents. If you are updating and changing things you would need to create and send out a new Transfer to people. They will then need to download it again.

If you wanted to have a one time link that people accessed where you could keep things up to date for them (note they'd need to click on it each time to get updated files) I'd suggest using a shared link instead.
