I have the 2TB Desktop plan and I'm accessing it from Windows 11 Pro. I'm using Dropbox like an extra drive for manual backups. I do not sync - I just copy a file to Dropbox when I want to.
I would prefer to use the Desktop App rather than the browser because it's mechanism is more intuitive for me and it handles transfers in the background. But the Desktop App automatically installs itself to my c:\ drive.
The problem is that my c:\ drive is a 1 TB SSD, but the files I'm backing up use 1.5TB on my 6 TB HDD f:\ drive. When I had transferred 0.8 TB I got an "almost out of space" message and found that the Desktop App's size on my c:\ drive was 0.8 TB.
Is there any way to force the Desktop App to install on the f:\ drive instead of on the c:\ drive?
