I upgrade to dropbox plus and paid for a year, but nothing changed in dropbox. It says im still using the free version and i didnt even got an email. Please help

Did you upgrade directly through Dropbox, or did you use your mobile app to upgrade using the App Store?
Is it possible that you have two Dropbox accounts, and that you upgraded the wrong one?

Or did you just use the wrong email, when you created the account?
If the latter, you can simply change the email address of your account by following the steps in this article.
As for you @Elijah12, I'm sorry to see you're having trouble upgrading your account.

So, there are two ways you can now go about this.
You can login to the account that is currently a free one and change the email to a third email address you have access to.
This will free up the email address of the free account, so you can use it for the account that's currently the paid one.
Otherwise, you can login to the paid account, chat in with our support team, let them know what happened and they should also be able to help you.

I upgraded to Plus (monthly) in my webbrowser and paid with iDeal. In my bank account I can see that the money is transferred. However, my dropbox is not updated to Plus and is still saying my storage is full and I need to upgrade. I also didn't receive an invoice or receipt or an email about this.

You likely need to wait a bit for the transaction to clear/finish processing. iDeal may have deducted the funds, but Dropbox might not have received them yet.
Hello, I have bought 2 TB space yesterday. But, now, I am asked to increase my plan 2TB and shows that I have only 2GB. How does it happen?

Is it possible that you've upgraded a different account than the one you were planning to?
And did you upgrade through our website of through the Dropbox app on your phone?
If you upgraded through our website with your credit/debit card, you can use our lookup tool, to locate the email address of the upgraded account.

We paid for an upgrade on my account but the money went off the bankaccount however the upgrade did not happen.
The chatbox is frankly extremely un-helpfull, there is zero customer support.
We have a bank slip that supposedly has this dropbox alphanumerical code on it, but we cannot see it on there. then the billing request help doesn't have an option for IDEAL and debit cards.
Send an email to dropbox business and got back the most unhelpful reply to go the support portal that doesn't tell you anything.

If you made the payment by a bank transfer through a third-party, you likely need to wait for the payment to not only clear your bank, but make it to Dropbox as well. It likely takes a couple of days.
When I turned on my app on my iphone, it offered me a free trial for a month. I was looking to increase storage space, so I signed up and instantly my apple subscription notification let me know I'd paid £9.99 for the Dropbox subscription! Furthermore, my basic Dropbox account has not been upgraded at all and is still basic. So I have been royally ripped off. I cannot get any help via phone since it only recognises me as a basic membership!
