Linux syncing with an External Drive

Question

I have been unable to sync DropBox folder to an external drive.
I have an NVMe drive and a 4tb external and the limited
interface of Dropbox does not display my other drives
when I go to change prefences.
I am using MXLinux and Mint

Any suggestions would be appreciated

I have had no luck using DropBox with additional drives with Linux Mint, MX Linux or Parrot,
but I have installed pCloud and it works great. Give it a try

I'm also having this issue, external drives (sata SSD) are mounted, but Dropbox only gives option for '/' directory and not '/sda1/'. Ubuntu 20.04.

EDIT: Solved this issue for my case. I changed the mount point of the other SSD to be within '/'.

Hi @DennisDevine, currently we only officially support Ubuntu and Fedora for Linux installations.

What options do you currently see when you open the preferences in the app? A screenshot showing this would be helpful.
