Could you send me a screenshot of the exact error you're getting so I can have a better look at the the matter at hand?
Thanks in advance!
Hi,
Thanks for your prompt reply.
Please see the amazon template file which is saying that images are invalid or corrupted.
I'm sorry I don't quite understand @ashatops .
If you're getting any errors upon accessing a shared link, please use the buttons shown below to attach a screenshot of what you get in your next response:
Thanks again!
Hey Walter,
I am not getting any error from dropbox but the amazon template file is not accepting images links that I can access without dropbox logged in.
Amazon executive are asking me to upload images on other website postimages.org.
Any update from you Walter? How can I solve my issue? Why dropbox images are not accessible for amazon?? Waiting for your prompt reply.
Can you share a link that's giving you this problem so I can investigate further @ashatops?
Also, could you walk me through the exact steps you take to do this?
Furthermore, have you by any chance checked with Amazon as you're getting an error from their end?
Have a look at some of the links on which I am facing the issue.
[Shared links removed for bandwidth purposes]
Process: for Listing products on amaozn we have to download their template file and then we have to fill the details. After that, we have to upload that template file on the amazon portal and it goes into processing status if you have any error in that template file you have to again correct the details and have to follow the same process.
Amazon Reply: Images in template files are corrupted or not valid
What should I do now?
Those shared links are previewing fine on my end using a web browser. Therefore, I'd suggest using the walk-around below to force the shared links to download the content instead of merely previewing it @ashatops. It might do the trick for you :nerd:
If Amazon needs specific file types that they need to comply with upon this operation, I'd suggest checking with them as well; merely to make sure you've covered all bases.
Do they accept links to files and not actual files? Have you confirmed that this should work with them?
After all, your shared links seem to be working fine on my end. How Amazon needs this to be set up though is depending on them - this is why I suggested reaching out to them too.
Keep me posted on your progress!
On a side note, please remove those shared links from your post (or I can do it for you if you like) in order to avoid generating a large amound of bandwidth traffic.
Yes Sure,
Please remove those links from the post.
There you go @ashatops; fixed!
Until we speak again, have a lovely day
