This is getting frustrating! I have 2 factor verification turned off, but it is still requiring a one-time code. What is happening here?
I've seen many posts from users experiencing the same. I have not seen what the solution is.

The one-time security code is actually different than our two-factor authentication feature.
The security code is required when you access your account from an unknown location or device, even without having two-factor authentication enabled.
