I need help to roll back and restore my "Desktop" folder that was deleted from Dropbox.

Hello. On July 31, I accidentally deleted my laptop's 'Desktop' folder, which was located inside the folder named
'2Проекты'
. After that, I successfully moved other heavy files out of Dropbox to free up my space, and my account is now clear (using only 195 KB).
When I try to restore the 'Desktop' folder from Deleted Files, the subfolders inside it do reappear, but they are completely empty — the actual photo and video files are missing.
Please perform a
selective Rollback (rewind) ONLY for the 'Desktop' folder inside '2Проекты'
to the state it was in on
July 30, 2026
. I am on a Basic plan and cannot open a standard support ticket. Please help me recover my files. Thank you!

Before we move to email, there is one more thing I would like you to try to see if you can recover your folder.

If you access your events page, can you locate the deletion event? Once you find it, click on it, and you should see a black "Restore" button in the top right corner of the screen. Please give that a try and keep me updated.
