Hello Dropbox Support Team,
I am writing to request your help recovering files that were deleted from my account more than 30 days ago. Unfortunately, I only discovered the deletion recently, after the standard retention period had passed.
The files are irreplaceable family photos, most of them stored in a folder named "dir_fotos" “fotos” And other. These pictures hold deep sentimental value for me and my family, and losing them permanently would be truly heartbreaking.
I kindly ask if your team could check whether these files still exist on your servers and perform a recovery beyond the standard retention window. I understand this may be an exceptional request, but I would be extremely grateful for any effort to restore them.
