for 2 years I have paid thousands of dollars for the business team version of Dropbox. It does not include access to escalation team and sadly after hours of my time - working to help Dropbox fix a default issue in their software to no avail! - I still cannot share a single file with anyone at anytime unless I pay for a license to be a member of my team. That requires the other person to accept their own Dropbox account as a subordinate to my license - many will not do that for obvious reasons.

Phone support - Identified it needs escalation but they cannot call only email. So …back into the abyss I go!!!
I cannot speak or email escalation team. They are “protected” from lowly paying business customers and other commoners like me.
I am not alone in my grievances about the poor service but I won’t tolerate it much longer.
