I would like to create a file request, but I can't find the option to do so anywhere

Hello everyone,

I normally use Dropbox professional but today I am trying to set up a friend's free Dropbox account. I would like to create a file request, but i cannot find the option to do so anywhere. The left side of my dropbox browser window looks like this:

Am I missing something? The button to create a file request should be there, right?

Do you see the File Requests option in the second column on the left? If not, could you try navigating directly to the url https://www.dropbox.com/requests ?
