I'm no longer able to access my primary Dropbox account.

I have had Dropbox for many years and the primary account used is no longer found? Tried everything to recover and link any accounts nothing is working. I do have a valid link created in APRIL to show support if someone can help. Since I have years of stored files I would really like to have my primary restored…no idea what could have happened. ANY Help is appreciated. SR

Thanks for your post, @mymissingaccount. Let’s have a look into this. 

First off, I’d like more details on what you see exactly when trying to access your primary Dropbox account (feel free to copy and paste a screenshot here, after hiding your personal info from it).

Also, what do you mean when saying that you’ve tried to “link any accounts”, but nothing is working? Do you have any shared links with files from that Dropbox account, that you can still access?

Let me know, and we’ll take it from there.
