Is there a way to disable the hover sidebar online?

I use the online version of Dropbox on Firefox. I do not use the app.

Is there a way to disable the sidebar that pops up when you hover over the left side of the screen? The sidebar was already fine as it was, allowing you to expand or retract it when necessary. I'm sure someone finds the hover useful, but it drives me crazy. Is there any way to completely disable it, and if not, is it possible to create a way to disable it? I use DB for work, so I am moving files from folder to folder all day, and by the end of the day, I am at my wits' end with this sidebar popping up every time my mouse gets too close to the left side of the screen.

I have looked at the settings for a means of disabling it and did not see one, but I may have missed it somehow.

Sorry for the late response.

The hovering sidebar has disappeared now, strangely. It was there for months, and now it's gone. Maybe it was a firefox problem that was fixed with a recent update. Whatever the case, I'll mark this as taken care of.
