Users can't access shared link without being asked to sign up or sign in

When I go to to task bar on PC select Dropbox, then Folders

Naqviagte to folder then right click 'create Dropbox link'

If I share that the recipient, can't see files, they get a login screen asking them to create a DropBox account

Can you avoid this, as they are not allowed to add apps to computers

Can you please make sure that you're sending your recipients a "view-only" and not a "can edit" link?

You can follow the steps here, to make sure you create and share the correct type of link.
