"There was a problem completing this request" error when trying to add members to a folder

I keep trying to add people to a folder and am getting "There was a problem completing this request"

So, this happens with folders that have no members at all too, huh?

@Hannah I have tried from Chrome, Chrome Incognito as well as DuckDuckGo and Firefox.

I have tried adding to 2 new folders and keep getting the same message.

Sorry to see that you're having an issue with this, @loansbyheidi.

Are you getting this error when trying to add people to other folders in your account as well, or just this one?

Have you tried adding members to your folder using a different browser or a private browsing window, to see if you get the same error?
