Question or IssueFirst, I wouldn't give you a dime for user friendliness in the forum.
My main issue is that I can not get to the login page using Firefox. Is this a known issue, something temporary or just not supported?
Hey @csrbloodbot, thanks for letting us know about this.
We do appreciate your feedback about the forum. I've made sure to pass it along to our team.
Now, as for your issue, can you clarify what it is exactly?
Are you getting some kind of error message when trying to sign in to your account through Firefox? Is the page not loading?
Any additional info would be helpful.
Thanks!
When I click on the login link I get a page with this message
Error
Something went wrong. Don’t worry, your files are still safe and the Dropbox team has been notified. Check out our Status Page to see if there is a known incident, our help center and forums for help, or head back to home.
Thanks for the update, @csrbloodbot.
Which link are you clicking on?
If you simply open the Dropbox page and click on the "log in" option at the top right corner of the page, are you able to log in?
If not, try from a different browser or a private browsing window and let me know if it helps.
In Firefox go to Dropbox website, click on login and I get the error message.
In Microsoft Edge it opens the login page
Thanks for checking, @csrbloodbot!
Since it works on a different browser, this may be the result of a security setting or a plugin that you have installed on your browser.
I suggest restoring your browser to its default settings and disabling any browser plugins.
If that doesn't help, make sure to clear your browser's cache as well.
I hope this helps!

Close Firefox. Right-click on your Start menu and select Run. Type "firefox --profilemanager" and hit Enter. Create a new profile and lauch it. Go to the Dropbox website and see if you still get the error.
If you don't, there's something in your current profile causing the issue, such an extension or security setting as Hannah mentioned. If you still get the error, then it's likely something on your network.
I use Firefox and it's working just fine.
Thank you that was very helpful. Indeed there is something in my current profile that is causing the issue.
