I have a PLUS-2Tb subscription. The storage is about 80% full. If I buy 1Tb of storage, will my subscription be of 3Tb?
If this is correct, what is the difference to the Professional plan?

It sounds like you're referring to our one-time 1 TB add-on as a user on Dropbox Plus. You can see more about this here.
This add-on will provide you with an additional 1TB of space on top of your Plus plan. However, if you choose to upgrade to our Professional plan you get additional features that come with the plan too.
Some of them include watermarking, advanced PDF editing, advanced link settings, password-protected links and more.
