Please help me. I have email address and password. Each time I try to login it sends access code to email that no longer exists and I do not longer have access to. How can I get logged in?

I can see that our agent replied back to your ticket back on December 1st. The ticket was closed after that due to inactivity.
Can you check your spam/junk to see if the email ended up there? If you can't locate it, then you might need to create a new one.

Only thing i got on the 1 dec was that i should wait while they look into it
