Question or Issue
My Seagate comes with a 6 month free trial for Dropbox Backup plan, upon subscribing for this free trial.. I received an email saying:
But I cannot find a way to remove this free trial, I no longer need to use it as I found out that I need to upgrade my Dropbox plan first in order to use it. I have no use of it since 2GB Basic Dropbox plan is not enough for me to backup my 2TB Seagate.
I now want to cancel the subscription trial and delete my account. I am pretty good with technology, so I know how to cancel it but there is no option to do it in dropbox in my account. Nor am I able to delete my credit card details from the account. I have attached screenshots of the email received and my "plans" page. No option to remove this at all!
Kindly assist me to:
- Cancel this trial.
- Remove my credit card from your billing system.
