Hello,
I am a BASIC account holder and I continually get emails notifying me that I have exceeded my 2G limit and need to upgrade. However, when I login to my account there are NO files or folders. I would be happy to delete whatever is causing me to "exceed" my limit but how can I if there is nothing there? I don't use DropBox for anything except when/if I have a client who wishes to share something with me temporarily. Can anyone help me empty my account? Thank you!
NOTE: I have deleted the app from my phone. I use Windows 11 and below is a screenshot showing that my DropBox is empty
