I shared a folder and sent a friend the link and it didn't work

Can you clarify if you or the recipient see the error when trying to access the shared link?
Are you able to open the folder in your account without any issues? Also, could you try clearing your browser's cache and see if that helps? If the recipient is the one experiencing this issue, feel free to pass that suggestion along to them.
One more thing: do you notice the same behavior when you access our website using a different browser?
