"We’ve suspended your sharing activity" error when trying to share files

I've been getting this message when trying to share files: We’ve suspended your sharing activity because of a violation of Dropbox’s Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, and Terms of Service or Services Agreement.

I have no clue why... for 2 years
