QR codes needed for shared files

Hey there Sam,

Any new word on this QR code discussion? I am needing to create physical notebooks for co-counsels and some exhibits are too big to print and put into a notebook/binder. QR codes seemed like the way to go. I know I can still do it using a different QR Generator, but it sure would be cool to do this directly with Dropbox. Is there some other tool I can use for this kind of situation that I don't know about yet? Thanks a million!

I'm assuming you're referring to this discussion - is this correct?

If that's so, note that there are no updates on this and Sam's comment still stands.

I won't be able to comment on or suggest any 3rd party apps to do this, but I'll leave this thread open for other users to jump in and share their own insights on this.

It would be cool to have a (widely available) feature to do this. Although I don't mind using a third-party platform, in fact, I prefer it this way. Discovered a good QR code generator a long time ago, Uniqode, so I use it whenever I need codes for shared files or any other purpose (usually for marketing). Even if we get that feature here, I'll probably stick with my QR code generator of choice (I often take advantage of advanced features, and it took me a while to find the one that includes everything I needed). But I saw people asking about this a couple of times, so even if I don't need it, clearly others do.
