Someone shared a phishing .paper with my organization. How can I delete it for everyone?

Someone from "HR Employee Benefit Admin" shared a phishing .paper titled "2025 Employee Pay Revision Benefit Effective February 08, 2025 - Pending Approval.paper" with my entire organization and, as a top admin, I would like to know how to remove it for all of our users. I can see where I can remove it for myself, but not all users.

May I ask what type of Dropbox team you’re on?

If you’re on one of the teams mentioned here, you can use the “Log in as member” feature and remove this file individually for each one of the team members instead.

I'm not 100% sure you can. Best suggestion I have is to log a ticket with support via www.dropbox.com/support

Hey @BL_TSM, sorry for jumping in here. If you go to your Shared tab here, can you see this Paper doc, along with the option to remove it?

Hi Nancy. Yes, I can see it and remove it, but I believe it only removes it for myself. I'm looking for a way to remove it for my entire team.

We run advanced. I was hoping for a way to do it for all members at once but can certainly go this route.
