Problem with sharing folder

How can i find (identify) subfolder i dont own in dropbox? It seems I cannot share (in edit mode) one subfolder because there are included folders / files I don't own. That should not be the case as i am administrator and own everything in this account. Any ideas what could be the problem?

Your issue is that nested folder cannot be shared together. It doesn't matter who own them.

There is a workaround though. 😉 Share some neighbor folder (possibly new one) and after sharing move inside whatever you want there (including other shared folder).

Also, make sure sharing is not limited (including to your own).
