i oppend a ticket and i got the information, that the answer is in the support area. But in the support area, i cant find the ticket ore even a ticket area or message area:

That's correct, it isn't possible to see all your support tickets on the website, only via the links sent in the email.

You won't see a history of your support tickets, only via email responses sent directly to you. Regarding support options, they vary depending upon your current plan. You can view all your available options when signed into your account on this page.
Could you clarify how you submitted a ticket, and did you receive the automated email response with the ticket ID?

I've got an email with link and ticket id and with this link i can see the ticket when i use the link.
So my question is, that i can't see my tickets, when I login into my account?
I can see my tickets only, with the email-link, i have been send?

Hey @crover23 , You should have a link called "Your requests" at the top right hand corner of the www.dropbox.com/support page.
If you click on it, you should be able to view all your previous and active tickets. Let me know if you have issue to access them!
