Hello two weeks someone deleted our folders and files, most of our files have been restore now but for some reason my folder with all my files is missing and I can't find it on the deleted folders.

Do you see any events about this folder in your events page?
Let me know what you find.
Use the search function to look for the folder by name or keywords. Check any shared folders to see if it was moved. If you're using a cloud service like Dropbox, Google Drive, or OneDrive, review the version history or activity log for any deletion or restoration records.
