We have all our work on DropBox, we've come in this morning and there's zero work in there, we can see a load of work folders but there's nothing inside them? Any idea how to get these all back?

hi, they don't appear to be, the strange thing is there's like hundreds of job folders and folders within those job folders but actually no files held within any of them, we've been told to do a rewind?
Are you already in contact with the support team via email? Do you have the ticket ID in order to locate it on our system?
