I just got a new phone and I have the dropbox app on my phone. My files aren't showing up on the app on my phone. I'm logged in with the same user name and password that I use for my desktop. Why aren't my files syncing?

Can you please check the email address on your mobile app once again, and compare it with the one you see on your desktop app? I’d just like to make sure there isn’t even the slightest typo, in which case Dropbox would perceive this as a new separate account with no files.
Are you able to see all of your content, when opening www.dropbox.com?
If not, then the next step is to check the syncing status of your desktop app and make sure it syncs properly to our servers.
