Hi! We are trying to share files with people who are in Spain, but it is not allowing them access. People in other countries are opening our files just fine, with the same link. However, there seems to be a block with our users in Spain.

That'd be rather odd, since we don't have any specific restrictions in Spain.
Do they get any specific errors on their end, when trying to view the shared link? If so, can you tell me more about the error, or send me a screenshot?

That is what we thought too! This is the graphic that comes up when they try accessing the link, team members in other countries are having no issues with the same link sent.
Hi @lex9, did you follow the steps shown in this article in order to send them a viewing shared link?
It sounds like you either added them directly to the folder, could that be the case?
Are you part of a Dropbox Business team or an individual plan?
