I have a family plan currently that I am trying to add and delete people off of. When I go to do that the add button whites out and does not allow me to do anything. I tried to add an account like it was telling me to however it still would not let me add anyone onto it. I pay for the subscription however it will not allow me to do anything on it. I switched even to a new browser and still not working. When I go into the admin portion it keeps telling me my subscription is up however when I go to pay it shows that I am good till Sept 9th. When I go into where the people are from my team it only shows me one other person who's subscription has expired. I have no idea what is going wrong or what I am doing wrong I was always able to use my account without any issues. I can't even go to upgrade the subscription as its not even allowing me to do that .
