View # of downloads

Question

I see older posts on this topic but nothing newer than 2021.

Is there a way to view just the # of downloads a file has or when the last time it was downloaded? I don't need to know who, just a simple count.

I have the basic free version if that matters.

I dont think that is what I'm looking for. That is showing you how to share or transfer a file. I don't need to do that.

The file is still under my Dropbox and I already provided the necessary people with a sharable link so they can download the file as they need it.

However, I would like to know how many times the file has been downloaded. I do not need to transfer the file as that Dropbox Transfer shows.

You should be able to achieve what you had in mind via the Dropbox Transfer feature.
