I need to cancel a transer that I started and I don't know how. Dropbox says it expires in one day. I didn't want to transfer the document. I just wanted to make it available to someone who has DropBox.
Hi @Judeesny, let's jump right into this!
In order for you to manage, and delete your File Transfer, you'd need to first access your Dropbox account online.
Click the grid icon in the top-left corner, then click Transfer.
To delete a transfer from your list, you can click the ellipsis ‘…’ button to the right of the transfer’s name and delete it. Keep in mind that deleted transfers cannot be recovered.
