I don't quite understand how to resolve this on my own.
I've uploaded files from portfolio of mine with the intention of sharing them for an admission's requirement to a secondary school program.
I received an email from their team stating that they didn't have access to the files. It's the first time I've used dropbox but I don't remember ever selecting any option that would prevent them from seeing these files with the link I provided them. I've looked around for answers and I've ensured that anyone with the link can view the files, and I've looked through any and all menus for "settings" or "options" to turn off/on that would make it so that they can be viewed. There isn't anything that I can find-- either in the app or the browser version-- that would have locked anyone out.
And still it says that only I have access. I don't have a lot of time to spare trying to figure this out-- and has become unbearably frustrating as really it should be intuitive knowledge in how to solve these problems, and is making me regret not having just used google drive.
How do I fix this?
