I am having a similar problem. I have also cleared cache, restarted my computer, and tried 3 different browsers (chrome, edge, and firefox).
My PowerPoints are not opening, anyone having similar issues? Tried to connect with live chat and that isn't working either

Can you give us some more info on what you see?
Are you getting any error messages when trying to open the files?
If so, please send over a screenshot, so we can check it out.
Also, are you having this issue on all your PowerPoint files or just a specific one?

Do you get any errors on your end when this happens? If I were you, I'd also try a different browser, just to see the results you get there.

It's happening for all of my powerpoint files. After clicking "Open powerpoint for the web", it opens the powerpoint window but doesn't load the file. Screenshot of what I see for every file I try to open. If I leave it open long enough, I will eventually get an error message.

I have tried from all dropbox website openers. but it works fine in dropbox app.

Does anyone know how to fix PowePoint blank screen? I tried to open my PP file yesterday, but it began to show only blank screens, and I could no longer edit it - does anyone know the cure for this?
no error messages show up on Chrome. On Microsoft Bing I get the attached error message.
I am still facing the issue. Cannot open PowerPoint in dropbox. Restarted my laptop and did everything possible.
It looks like it may be a Microsoft issue based on the error codes but when I go to their status site, they aren't reflecting any outages. Sure hope someone who knows something can help!!

I am still unable to access. I just got off of a chat with Microsoft. They are unable to resolve the issue. They say the problem is with Dropbox. Microsoft only supports OneDrive for online PowerPoint editing (and I was able to upload my file to OneDrive and edit it there with no problem) and told me to talk to Dropbox for help. Unfortunately, it's the weekend now, and Dropbox only has support Mon-Fri.
At this point, it seems like the issue is Dropbox since it works fine on OneDrive. Our team works in Dropbox, so hopefully this will be resolved soon. In the meantime, we have to work around it by downloading the file to edit offline and then uploading a new version back into Dropbox which is not optimal when several people are working on the same file in multiple steps of a project.
@sracinez @rainmanmpr17 I am still facing the same issue until now. Thanks @sracinez for updating us! Keep us posted if it resolves for anyone here. I have been editing mine in google drive through google slide for the past few days.
Good morning! I was able to access the powerpoint online via Dropbox this morning so hopefully that means that the problem is fixed for good for everyone!
