There's a free trial right now and somehow I'm still charged for the upgrade. But I also cannot access my new space, keeps saying I need to upgrade, and when I go to restore my purchase it says (NSURLError Domain Error 409.)

Hello- I am on an iPhone and subscribed to the 2TB storage - account was charged but my Dropbox will not upgrade and says I’m still a basic account. I’ve tried to restore purchase via Wi-Fi and cellular data and I get the error code 409 as well. Please let me know what I can do to make my account sync to the plan I’ve purchased.

I have the same issues. I have the Dropbox Plus account and purchased a new device, an Ipad. Used the new dropbox app from the apple store and when I login it shows that I only have the basic account not the Plus. Tried to restore purchase and get the 409 error code as well. All my files from the plus account are not showing up and dropbox wants to sell me an upgrade. I also removed very old devices on my dropbox account.
