"Couldn't load file. There was an error loading the file" when viewing files on iPhone.

Recently I am getting the message "Couldn't load file.  There was an error loading the file" on my iphone.  I had the files resent to me, and I was able to open them at one time last night, but half an hour later, got this error message on 5 out of 6 files.  (Please keep your responses simple.  I am electronically-challenged.) 😊

If you've ensured that our app's version and your mobile's OS are up to date, could you please try to clear the cache on your app and then sign out and back into your Dropbox account?



To clear your cache, please follow the steps listed below:

1. Navigate to the “Personal” tab

2. Tap the gear icon in the upper-left corner of the screen

3. Select “Clear Cache”



Once this is done then please ensure you log out of the Dropbox application, then restart your device and log back in again.
