mp4 files can't be previewed from an archive file

Hi,

Can someone help with this error please.. ".mp4 files can't be previewed from an archive file"

I could preview mp4 files for many years until now. Any ideas?

The video files are only small, 20MBs.

Hi Lori,

Please find a screenshot of the error attached. I use Chrome but the same thing happens on Safari and Firefox. I have tried allowing all cookies but it did not resolve the issue. I have been able to preview mp4 many times with Dropbox in the past. Thanks

Audio and video files within an archive file can not be previewed.

Have you tried un-archiving the zipped file first, then trying to preview the.mp4?

You can also download the file to your local device, and preview it there.
