I forgot my dropbox password and i use this link https://www.dropbox.com/forgot but i got this error "Too many incorrect attempts. Please try again in a few minutes."
I didnt receive any email about reset password.
please help
My password no longer works.I've tried resetting my password, but keep getting the message "Too many incorrect attempts. Please try again in a few minutes."I wait 24hours, sometimes weeks, but still get this message and can not reset my password.Please can anyone help.

I do have access to the email address connected to the account. It's also the account connected to my personal account.

HiOur email conversation seems to have stopped since I sent you the credentials for my second account. Did you receive them? If so, did you manage to look into the issue?

hello Megan, I got the same issue and I didn't receive any reset password in my inbox. This is work-related dropbox so I'm kind of freak out now. Can you fast forward steps to help me directly? my contact email is - My dropbox email is - and I can access both of my emails.

Hi there. I have been trying to reset my password for an email that I haven't used for close to a year. There are two things are happened and I don't know what to do or who to reach out to:
1. I didn't receive the reset password link in my email.
2. I tried to redo it, and it kept showing "too many attempts. try few minutes later"
Can someone reach out to me and help me out with resetting one of my dropbox account?

I have tried adding no-reply@dropbox.com to your contacts list and am still unable to receive a password reset email. This is very frustrating as I need to access my account.
same here!!! I am having difficulty as well. I can't receive any password reset link in my email even by adding no-reply@dropbox.com to your contacts list. This has been effected my work!!!

Are you not receiving the password reset email, on the address associated with the account you're using here, on the Community? Or is it a different Dropbox account?
Can we send you an email, so we can look into this?
It is a different dropbox account. I can't log in and do anything. So, therefore, I used my personal dropbox account log-in to reach out for help.
Please do send me an email, and I can let you know which email my dropbox account can't receive the reset link.
