The fiscal residence certification

Hi,

Could you please share for download the fiscal residency cetificate of Dropbox (like most ****** companies: Facebook, Google, Microsoft do)? I found only Dropbox W-9 form from 2019. Without it, Dropbox services for companies are more expensive (additional withholding tax must be paid - in Poland - 20% of the payment, it's a lot).

I'd recommend contacting the support team with the transaction ID located in the invoice.

You can do this by logging into your account, clicking this support link, scrolling down to 'Submit a help request', and providing as much info as possible.

Once you get a ticket ID from the automated response, please let me know the number here so I can locate it in our system!
