i see this error message for everything not only .pdf

this problem aslo apply in .mp4 , .mp3 , .docx

Hey @Karizma1337, I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with this!

 

Since this is occurring for all of your files, to rule out any browser specific issue please try previewing your files with the steps below to see if there's any difference in the behaviour:

• Use another web browser
• Use an incognito/private browsing window
• Clear the browser cache and try again
