Can't link an app to Dropbox as it has been 'frozen pending review'

Hello everyone!

I am trying to grant an app access to my dropbox account but i keep on getting this error

"This app is unable to link additional users because it has been frozen pending review"

Any help please?

You need to contact the developer of the app in question. Only they can provide support for the app. This is something that they will need to resolve with Dropbox Support.

As Rich mentioned, you'll need to contact the developer of the app in question as they'll need to apply for production to enable more users to link to the app. You can find more information on this here:
