I used to be able to open files on my iPad and edit in Word. I couldn’t create a new Word document which was fine. Now I can’t edit existing files in any way that I can figure out.

Could you describe the behavior you're getting when attempting to edit the files via the Dropbox mobile app?
Are these doc or docx files you're trying to edit?
Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!
Thank you so much. It is docx files… I open the file and see the manuscript. If I touch the screen it jumps to a slightly larger version. But it never shows the cursor and there is no option to “download as Word.” I did find an option for “edit” with Word Web version, but still no cursor.
