How can I sync folders and files from my comupter to dropbox without copying the files or folders to the dropbox folder? When I delete a file or folder on my computer, I want this to be synced automatically as well. On my Mac this worked fine but on my Win 10 machine I can't find this option.

Extremely high CPU load on windows 10 with the latest version of dropbox
Task Manager is giving Dropbox a constant load of 50% slowing down and heating up my machine.
