A member of a shared folder can't see recently shared files

I have a shared folder with 7 members. 6 of them can see all the files, 1 of them can't see files that have been added the last 4 months (but can see all previous ones). She's logged out and back in, checked both her Mac Finder and the dropbox website. Searching the file also doesn't return a result. How do we get the folder to update on her end so she can see all files?

Hey @Ktg88 - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

Is it possible that this particular member is looking at another folder of theirs or maybe they're logged into a different Dropbox account? Do they see it listed in their sharing page?

If that's not the case, I'd recommend re-adding them to the shared folder and/or ask them to check their selective sync settings through the app's preferences on their computer and try another browser on the web.
