I can't delete a folder on my new PC; it keeps saying "Folder Access Denied"

Question

I installed Dropbox on a new PC. Later I decided to delete a folder from within "Dropbox". First it says I need Administrator permission - OK I give that. Then it gives a "Folder Access Denied" message with "You need permission from <$PCname>\<$Username> to make changes to this folder". I can't see any way to proceed as the only options are "Try Again" which repeats the same message, and "Cancel".

First off, can you send me a screenshot of the error message you’re getting when trying to delete said folder?

Are you seeing the same error for any other files/folders? Have you tried deleting this folder via the Dropbox website, as a test?

It may also be helpful to know the current syncing status and app version of your desktop app.
