System reports that I am using 422.84 GB of storage against an allowance of 10GB. The list of files is less than 2GB. How do I see a list of all the files that DB s reports.

As a first step, could you check your account's plan page to see your exact quota, and what is using your space? Have you made sure that you don't have any shared content taking up space in your Dropbox account? What about any active backups?

I have the SAME issue. For me…. Plan Page: Using 12.8 GB of 2 GB Shared Content: absolutely nothing is listed under any of the tabs.
Backups: YES! This is where the hidden 12GB was!!! No matter where I navigated I could NOT find this. THANK YOU very much for your help.
